I had to go wash some big items. This is my first time at Wishing Well. What an amazing place it is clean. It’s just not OK. It is clean after every use. Someone goes and cleans the machine that was used to make sure that there’s nothing in there and that it’s ready for the next person. Who does that anymore wishing well does on Windsor Springs that’s who does! And Miss Tina and the team that were with her are kind and interactive hopeful! And they have created an atmosphere with a large fish tank and all that just speaks peace. It’s just it’s great. I love it.

Our customer service attendants must give superior customer service to customers, maintain a super clean facility, perform wash, dry, and fold, and work well with the team. What are your hours of operation?

We’re open and fully attended 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please start your last wash at least one hour before closing.

Do you offer drop-off laundry service?

Yes! Our wash-and-fold service is available every day from 7am -6pm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use a card-operated system for convenience.

Are your machines suitable for large loads?

Absolutely! We have washers from 20lb to 80lb capacity, perfect for king-sized comforters and oversized items.

Do you have amenities for families?

Yes! We offer a Kids Zone with crayons, a 150-gallon aquarium, and five TVs showing HGTV and kids’ shows.
